The 4-class package is valid for one month from the date of purchase.

The 8-class package is valid for two months from the date of purchase.

In the event of cancellation, I kindly request a minimum of 2-hour advance notice. This allows me to manage our schedule efficiently.

The package cannot be extended beyond the one-month validity period. However, if you have specific circumstances requiring a pause or extension, please reach out to discuss potential options.

For in-person classes, a yoga mat is required, although I'm happy to provide one if needed. Yoga blocks and belts will be supplied as well. For virtual classes via Zoom, make sure to have a yoga mat, 2 yoga bricks, and a belt ready. If you're uncertain about brands, feel free to ask—I'm more than happy to suggest and can even send you Amazon links upon request.

Each session included in the package typically lasts 60 minutes. Please plan your schedule accordingly.

Absolutely! These classes are designed with beginners in mind. If you can't commit to a 3-month package, no worries—I offer single classes too. Private Yoga is perfect for starting your yoga journey. We'll go at your pace, gradually building up each week, and there's plenty of time for any questions you may have.
