YOGA FOR WOMEN 40+
ANTI-RANDOM Yoga for women 40+ who are tired of feeling weak, stiffâĻ and STARTING OVER EVERY MONDAY.
Because your body didnât get here overnight.
And the practice meant to help should actually change something.
Less âjust stretch moreââĻ
..and more of building a body that feels stronger, moves better, and supports the life you want to live.
This isnât yoga for aesthetics. Itâs yoga for your #real life.
For lifting things. Carrying things. Sleeping better. Traveling easier. Walking farther. Recovering faster.
For feeling capable in your body againâĻ
âĻ minus the 20+ fitness nonsense!
âSHE WILL CHALLENGE YOU, BUT YOU FEEL SAFE & NEVER INTIMIDATED.â
"I know yoga is good for me. I just can't seem to stick with it."
I hear some version of that all the time.
And honestly? I don't think it's a motivation problem.
More often, it's a design problem.
When every class feels different, it's hard to know if you're actually getting stronger... or just staying busy.
That's why my teaching looks different.
Not because I think yoga should be harder. Or easier.
But because I think your effort should actually lead somewhere.
âHaving a plan made all the difference.â
Your body is designed to adapt. The tricky part?
Adaptation takes time.
And if every week feels different, it's hard to know whether anything is actually changing.
A few classes here. A new program there. Life pulling you in ten different directions in between.
And then one day you realize...
You've been putting in plenty of effort,
..but you're not entirely sure what that effort is building.
Not because yoga isn't working.
Because your body needs enough consistency to respond before the goalposts move again.
That's when practice starts feeling less random...
...and a lot more useful.

HI, I'M YOUR YOGA TEACHER
Natalia Rennie
I'm 48. I've been practicing yoga for 18 years and teaching for over a decade. But honestly? The reason women connect with my work has very little to do with my certifications.
Itâs because I understand what it feels like when your body changesâĻ and suddenly the things that used to work just donât anymore.
For a long time, I believed yoga had to be long, hard, and intense to âcount.â Ninety-minute classes. Big shapes. A lot of intensity.
â ī¸ What that gave me was tight hips, sensitive knees, and a practice that became harder to sustain as my body and life changed.
What it didn't give me was strength where I needed it, or a practice I could sustain as my body and my life kept changing.
That was the beginning of a shift.
I stopped teaching for approval and started teaching for utility.
Less performance. More intention. More attention to what happens after class is over, in the body you take home, in the life you're actually living.
Because if youâve ever done a yoga class and thought: âOkayâĻ but how is this helping me outside of this room?â
âĻI get it.
A lot of yoga looks impressive.
But it doesn't always build the kind of strength, balance, and support your body needs as you get older.
What I teach now is different.
Not more complicated.
Just more useful.

đĩ WE TALK ABOUT:
â Why stretching stops fixing everything
â Why strength matters more than most yoga spaces admit

STOP COLLECTING YOGA.
Start practicing it instead.
Because if you happen to question whether yoga works because you aren't seeing or feeling changes yet...
I'd ask you one question: đ
Have you given your body enough time to adapt?
