I teach alignment-based yoga with a simple goal: help people move in ways that feel good, make sense, and hold up over time.

My classes move at a steady, moderate pace, with clear cues, intentional sequencing, and enough repetition to build strength and confidence without feeling rushed.

There’s space to explore, adjust, and actually understand what you’re doing.

You don’t need to be flexible or experienced to take my classes. You just need to show up and breathe.
