A Free Set of Short Yoga Videos You Can Come Back To When You Just Need a Minute
Five simple yoga practices for women 40+ — each 10–15 minutes — designed for the days when your body feels stiff, your mind feels busy, and you don’t want to think about what to do next.
This is a small library of short yoga videos you can come back to on your own terms.
Nothing to keep up with, just something supportive to reach for when you need a moment to:
sit and breathe
loosen up those tight hips or shoulders
move your body without overdoing it
or reset after a long day
✨ “I’m in a busy full-time job, with teenagers and very limited free time. I needed something just for me, something that helped me relax without feeling pressured or ‘not good enough.’ The breathing and quiet time made a huge difference. It helped me sleep better and reset my nervous system. I always finish feeling calmer and more comfortable in my body.”
— M.M., UK
You choose the day. You choose the video. You decide how much time you want to give it.

If you’re honest, the problem isn’t that you don’t want to do yoga.
IT’S THAT:
your body feels different than it used to
your time is limited
and most yoga online feels either random, too intense, or weirdly performative
So you open YouTube, get overwhelmed and end up doing nothing.
Which doesn’t help the stiffness, tension or that low-level feeling of ‘I should probably move my body’.
This series isn’t about doing MORE.
It’s about having a reliable place to start, especially on the days when motivation is low and decision-making feels like work.
Each practice is:
➝ short enough to feel doable
➝ doable enough to meet you where you are
➝ structured enough that you’re not guessing
You don’t have to scroll around, wonder if this is the right class, or push through something that doesn’t actually feel good just for the sake of it.
If you use this series the way it’s intended, here’s what usually changes:
Your body feels a little looser and more comfortable — especially hips, shoulders, and back
Your nervous system settles instead of staying wired
You stop overthinking yoga and start trusting what actually feels supportive
You build a small habit of showing up that doesn’t feel heavy
This isn’t about instant results or dramatic change.
It’s about those evenings when you finally sit down, realize your shoulders are up by your ears, and give yourself ten minutes instead of scrolling or pushing it off again.
hey There!Who’s behind this?
I’ve been practicing yoga for 17 years and teaching professionally for 9. I’ve taught over 3,300 hours, mostly to women who don’t have endless time, energy, or patience for yoga that doesn’t make sense anymore.
Here’s why that matters for you:
I don’t teach random flows.
I don’t teach yoga as entertainment.
And I don’t teach like every body works the same way.
I’ve worked with:
complete beginners who felt intimidated starting at home
women coming back after long breaks
and experienced yogis who suddenly felt stiff, unsure, or disconnected from their practice
And I see the same thing again and again: what’s missing isn’t effort. It’s clarity.
This 5-day series is my answer to that. Short videos. Clear focus. No pressure.
Just enough structure to help you feel more at home in your body.

“What drew me to you is an amazing techniques in a very empowering environment.
I love the mixture of technical knowledge and how you invite us not to judge ourselves during the process. I found new class themes with the time to focus on learning the most enjoyable. Not just random moves with no clear purpose. Well structured classes in a very loving/safe environment.“
— LAYAL D., LEBANON

“Natalia is non-intimidating and has a genuine compassion for her students.
Her teaching style allows every student - at any level and ability - to enjoy the benefits of asana practice. In addition, Natalia teaches in a way that makes classes “non-routine” so I absolutely look forward to meeting her on the mat full of curiosity for what I might learn.”
— RENATA T., AUSTRALIA
-
“How she can guide the student through every asana remotely is quite remarkable.
I practiced most during the pandemic via Zoom. I dearly missed the physical presence of Natalia in the room, spreading her wonderful energy.“
— MARIA NOSAL, POLAND
-
"I enjoy your attention to detail, a strong sense of continuity to the flow (likely due to preparation), learning new things/testing the limits.
What keeps bringing me back on the mat is a very strong sense of well-being post-class (both mental and physical)."
— BALAZS SZIKLA, HUNGARY

Yoga is my new favorite exercise. It's just as good for the mind as it is for the body. It challenges me physically and it also helps my frame of mind. I have a really stressful job and no matter how stressful my day has been, I leave your classes with a sense of peace!
disclaimer
This series won’t work on autopilot. It works when you do.
Your experience will depend on things like where you’re starting, how consistently you practice, and how your body responds over time. And that’s normal.
I’ve kept everything intentionally simple, so you don’t need advanced skills, fancy tools, or a perfect routine for this to be helpful.
Show up as you are. That’s enough.
