Hi! I’m Natalia Rennie — yoga teacher, founder of www.nataliarennie.com, and creator of c.o.r.e. method

For 17 years I’ve practiced; for the last 9, I’ve taught beginners, long-time yogis, and {mostly} women navigating midlife.
