This program is designed for women who know the basics of yoga - you don't need to be experienced, but complete beginners may find the pace challenging.
If you can hold a plank {even for a few seconds}, move through a Sun Salutation, and find a Downward Dog, you have what you need to start.
Every session includes modifications and step-by-step cues so you can work at your level throughout.
